About Nocturne
Objects for Nighttime Reading
Nocturne was born from a very specific and common problem: wanting to finish a chapter without turning on the room light.
We are not a catalog store. We choose few products, and we choose them for a reason: they genuinely solve the problem of reading when there is no longer light. If something doesn't offer any improvement over what you already have at home, we don't sell it.
How We Work
- Honest descriptions. We publish specifications exactly as provided by the manufacturer and indicate when a piece of data is an estimate. If something has a limitation, we state it in the product description, not in the fine print.
- Final price. The price you see is the price you pay. Free shipping and import costs included.
- Support in Spanish. You write to nocturnebookss@gmail.com and a person responds, usually within 24 business hours.
- If something goes wrong, we fix it. Damaged or defective product: replacement or refund, without you having to pay for return shipping.
Where Products Come From
We work with manufacturers and suppliers whose warehouses may be outside the European Union. That's why delivery times are 8 to 12 business days and not 24 hours. We prefer to be clear before you make a purchase.
